Use of IntelliNexa's core AI models and inference engines is governed by a separate Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). These Terms of Service apply primarily to your use of this public website and our public APIs.

All content, features, algorithms, and models included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of IntelliNexa or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.

You agree not to use the site or our APIs to: - Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or destructive data. - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models. - Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

In no event shall IntelliNexa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site.
